Petvesta maintains the https://petvesta.com/ Website (“Site”) and is owned by Better Point pavilion Portal LLC. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulates that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. Users under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the site and shall not transact on or use the website. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Petvesta policies and rules. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Customers can cancel their order within 24-48 hours; cancellations are not accepted once the order is dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy for dispatched orders. Refunds will be processed to the customer’s credit/debit card within 21 days. Orders paid by cash or credit card on delivery will receive a refund in store credit.

DELIVERY POLICY: Free delivery for orders above AED 150. For orders below AED 150, a delivery fee of AED 20 applies. In-store pickup available the next day. International shipping is not available, but customers can arrange their couriers for international delivery. The customer assumes responsibility for the condition of the order after non-direct delivery.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment methods include Debit/Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard), Cash On Delivery (AED/Dirhams ONLY), and Card on Delivery (VISA, MasterCard). All payments in AED. Petvesta reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a delivery for delayed or non-payment. Advanced delivery orders require online payment to secure items.
OFFERS & PROMOTIONS: Check out live offers and promotions in our Offers section. Discount codes, which cannot be combined with other offers or used on equestrian items, must be entered at sale and cannot be redeemed later.
RETURN POLICY: Contact us at support@petvesta.com for returns. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase with proof of payment. Products must be intact and not altered, used, or bought on sale. Engraved ID Tags are non-returnable. We may refuse returns if products are tampered with. Refunds are credited to Petvesta and for online purchases, refunded to the original credit/debit card within 21 days. Cash or card on delivery refunds are credited as store credit.
CREDIT NOTE: Credit notes from Petvesta Online and Shops are valid for 60 days from issue.
TERMS FOR SAMPLES: For online account holders only. Two samples per order. No repeats of the same sample. Available on orders over AED 200. Add samples from your cart. Available while stocks last.
TOY USE & SUPERVISION: Toys are not indestructible. Select appropriate toy types and sizes for your pet. Supervise interactive play. Damaged toys cannot be exchanged or returned. Petvesta is not liable for damage from improper toy use.
