If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. If you purchased online, you can opt for an exchange, online credit, or a refund, subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you have the original invoice or receipt at the time of return.
How to Process Your Return:
Online:
Log into your PetVesta account.
Navigate to ‘Order History.’
Select ‘Return’ next to the item you wish to return and specify the reason.
Submit your request for a confirmation of a free pickup service.

Exceptions:
Frozen Products: Returns not accepted.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for returns.
Altered/Tampered/Used Items: Not eligible for returns.

Management Discretion:
